Pricing does not include shipping or installation . Pricing is FOB Barnegat, NJ 08005. Delivery can be arranged by private hauler in the northeastern US, and common carrier in other areas. International shipping is available . All balances must be paid prior to shipment. Deposits paid against custom made products are not refundable. Orders for custom made products cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Parties agree that any disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to arbitration under the Better Business Bureau.
